What client will Kamoo® not work for?
For ethical reasons, Kamoo® has decided to refuse:
- food professions leading to the death of animals such as butchers, fishmongers, etc.
- restaurateurs (without a green star or offering no vegetarian menu)
- tout ce qui est fast food (Mc Do, KFC, Burger King, …)
- major distributors (Auchan, Leclerc, etc.)
- the major food groups (Nestlé, Danone, Ferrero, etc.)
- pet stores
- arms sellers
- certain banks (BGL for example)
- companies that violate human or animal rights
If you fall into one of these categories and you still decide to subscribe to one of our subscriptions, you will be immediately refunded but a 15% management fee will be charged for this error.
No claim will be accepted.
We understand that you may not have enough design work to fill an entire month. You only have one or two design requests at the moment. This is where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on a monthly period (20 days (4 x 5 days) + 2 free days).
If you sign up and use the service for 10 days and then decide to pause your subscription, this means the billing cycle will be suspended.
You will have 12 days of service remaining to use at any time in the future, with no time limit.
Due to the quality of the work offered and the unique method offered to you, please be aware that no refunds will be made.
What are the conditions that would put an immediate end to your subscription with Kamoo®?
You agree, by taking out a subscription, to listen to the advice provided by Kamoo®.
If one of your correction requests goes against certain graphic rules, you will be notified twice that Kamoo® advises against the practice. If the advice is not followed, you will be given a penalty. After 5 penalties, Kamoo® reserves the right to continue working with you or not.
The other conditions for immediate end of the contract (without reimbursement) are:
- lack of respect (insults, etc.) towards Kamoo® team
- posting bad or incorrect reviews on social media
- a change in company policy that goes against Kamoo® values
- graphic requests modified too many times compared to the initial request
Are prints included in your Kamoo® subscription?
No, Kamoo® only provides a design service.
If you would like Kamoo® to take care of your printing, we will provide you with a quote valid for 7 days.
